How much are the delivery charges?

UDENZ Stores offers an introductory Free Shipping across UAE for your first three orders after that a fees of 12 AED/- will be charged on each order regardless numbers of items. For international shipment charges, please contact our customer care.PS: Any tax/duty, if applicable, has to be paid by the customer.

What is estimated delivery time?

General delivery times (after your order is confirmed) are:

  • • For all cities within the UAE 1-5 working days
  • • Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including but not limited to unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. UDENZ will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the End User arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused.


How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers and/or by UDENZ Sales Team, If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your package via Government Registered Book post or Speed post or through reliable local Third Party Vendors. If in any case, the same is not possible, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

Are the orders insured during transportation?

Yes, all orders are insured for theft & damages during transit.

When and how will I be informed regarding the status of my shipment?

You will receive an order confirmation mail within 1 business day from the day you place the order at UDENZ providing details of order shipment (Shipment Number, Courier Service, Online Tracking “if available” etc) and an estimated time of delivery. We will make sure that your shipment reaches you within the time as specified on the website and in the meanwhile you can also track the order online using the details provided in the mail.

In an unlikely case, if we are unable to make any of the ordered product available in 2 business days from the day you place your order at UDENZ Store Platforms, our Customer Service Personnel will call you to inform you the same and will ask for an extension of time if the product can be made available in some extra time. As per the customer’s choice, either full refund of money (if advance payment is made online) will be made immediately or new timelines of the order will be mailed.

In case of Cash on Delivery payment mode, our Customer Services Personnel will call the customer to confirm the order and shipping address before shipment. A confirmation mail along with shipment details will be send only after the telephonic confirmation.

International Shipping

Yes, UDENZ does deliver items internationally. However, customer has to bear the extra international shipment charges and any taxes/duties which may be levied. Please contact the Customer Care Personnel at +971-55-7376500 or write in to us at to know more about the international shipment charges.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy

When you receive your order, please examine it carefully. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please call +971-55-7376500.

Upon return and receipt of the product, UDENZ will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. All products must be returned in new, resalable condition without any markings. All equipment must be returned unused, in the original package with seal unbroken. Claims related to shipments and orders must be reported within 30 days of invoice date.

UDENZ advises that when shipping product back to UDENZ, customers should choose the same shipper who delivered the product, as well as insure the item for full value. Keep your shipping receipt until you have received credit for your return UDENZ is not responsible for shipment of returned items.

If you are returning items purchased at a quantity discount price, the credit of these products may result in a price adjustment for products not returned.

Claims related to Damaged shipments must be reported within 30 days of invoice date. Please call +971-55-7376500 and have your invoice available for reference.
