Returns & Replacements
If the item you have received is damaged, defective in manufacturing than You will have to contact us within 3 days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it.
- Call our customer support number (+971557376500) or contact us within 3 days from the day your order is delivered.
- An email will be sent containing a complaint form, Fill the correct serial numbers and other details. Once we receive your details, A pick-up of the item will be scheduled by one of our courier services or salesperson.
- Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative or our salesperson.
- Once we receive your returned item, our quality check team will inspect it and provide update and solution.

Step 1: If you're looking for a specific product, use the keyword search box located at the top of the site. Simply type what you are looking for.
Step 2: If you want to explore a category of products, use the Top menu, and navigate through the categories where we'll feature the best products in each.
Step 3: Or explore through our home page and check for the new products.
Step 4: You may use our various sorting methods and the filters on right of each category page to narrow down the results to fit your needs - as per product Manufacturer, Category and Price.
Step 5: You may use our Catalog advanced search option in the bottom menu to get for what you are searching for.

Step 1: Review your cart and click "Proceed to checkout". Just make sure that all products you want to buy now are there in the shopping cart, and those you want to buy later, if any, are moved to "Wish list" cart.
Step 2: If you're a registered user then just sign in to your account.
Step 3: If you're not registered yet then simply do by filling our form.
 Fill payment details and Place your order
Step 1: Provide your address details, where you would like us to deliver your order, and click "Save".
Step 2: Select your favorite payment method from the convenient payment options we provide. When selecting Credit Cart, after clicking on Place order, fill out your card details. Once done, just click "Pay Now".
